The economic crisis has made for some strange news stories.  I just read the other day that the entire town of Albert, Texas is for sale.  Albert is located in the hill country.  The original asking price was 2 million dollars but has been lowered to $883,000.  Even then, a real estate agent representing the town said the price was negotiable.
